OUTDOOR ART FESTIVALS
Application is made to several outdoor Florida art festivals each year. It is not always possible to update this site to reflect the application/acceptance to shows, however, Scott does attend a few shows on a fairly regular basis, including the Winter Park Autumn Festival in October, the Halifax Art Festival in Daytona Beach in November, and the Port Orange Art Fest in April.*
PLEIN AIR EVENTS
Plein air events or paint outs, are among Scott's favorite events. The artist paints on location while interacting with the public. It is a wonderful way for the public to view the creative process and for Scott to have the opportunity to talk with many different people. Scott attends a number of paint outs in Florida each year including the Wekiva Springs Paint Out in March, the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival in March, the Evinston Paint Out in April, and the Canaveral Seashore Paint Out in November.*
